If you are accessing or purchasing services on behalf of an employer, entity, company, or third party, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2. Nature of the Agreement (Revocable License Only)

It does not establish a landlord-tenant relationship, commercial lease, sub-tenancy, or estate in real property.

2.2 Waiver of Eviction Defenses: To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law (including NRS Chapter 40 and NRS Chapter 118C), Member and any affiliated Users expressly waive any requirement for statutory notices to quit, unlawful detainer actions, summary eviction hearings, or judicial dispossessory proceedings.
