## 1. BOOKING PLAN OVERVIEW
This "Conference Room & Day Pass" plan allows users to create an account on the Cobot platform for the purpose of reserving and using conference room space and purchasing hot desk day passes at Incubator Space on a pay-per-use basis.
**No Monthly Fee** - There is no recurring membership fee for this plan.
**Pay-Per-Use Access** - This plan provides access to:
- Conference room bookings by the hour
- Hot desk day passes for coworking space access
- No dedicated desk or private office access

## 2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
By creating an account, you ("User") agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and payment information
- Maintain current payment method on file
- Use the account only for legitimate business purposes
- Not share account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

## 3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
**Booking Process:**
- Reserve conference rooms and day passes through the Cobot booking platform
- Bookings subject to availability on first-come, first-served basis
- Rates as posted in Cobot at time of booking
**Payment Terms:**
- Payment due at time of booking via credit/debit card on file
- All charges processed through Cobot platform
- Prices subject to change with notice (existing bookings honored at original rate)
**Cancellation Policy:**
- **More than 24 hours before booking:** Full refund
- **Less than 24 hours before booking:** No refund (charged full amount)
- **No-show:** Charged full amount, no refund
**No-Show Policy:**
- Failure to show for 2+ bookings without 24-hour cancellation may result in account suspension or advance payment requirement

## 4. FACILITY USAGE RULES
**Conference Room Use:**
- Rooms available only during booked time slots
- Must check in at Suite 110 before first use
- Occupancy limits posted for each room must be observed
- Rooms must be left clean and in original condition
- Return furniture to original configuration
**Hot Desk Day Pass Use:**
- Day passes provide access to available hot desks in coworking areas
- Valid for the date purchased only (typically business hours unless otherwise specified)
- No reserved or assigned seating - first-come, first-served
- Includes access to common areas, WiFi, coffee/snacks, and basic amenities
- Does not include conference room time (must be booked separately)
**Building Access:**
- Access granted during standard building business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm) unless arranged in advance
- Day pass holders must check in at Suite 110 upon arrival
- Must comply with all building security and access procedures
- Access limited to coworking areas, conference rooms (if booked), common areas, restrooms, and lobby
**Prohibited Activities:**
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Disturbing other tenants or members
- Smoking, vaping, or use of controlled substances
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- Moving furniture or equipment without permission
- Using private offices or dedicated desks without authorization

## 5. EQUIPMENT & AMENITIES
**Included with Conference Room Bookings:**
- Standard conference room furniture and setup
- Whiteboards and markers (where available)
- WiFi access
- Basic climate control
**Included with Day Passes:**
- Access to available hot desk seating
- High-speed WiFi
- Coffee, tea, and snacks
- Common area access (kitchen, lounge, game room)
- Basic office amenities
**Available by Request:**
- AV equipment for conference rooms (screens, projectors, adapters)
- Additional chairs or tables
- Catering setup assistance
**Not Included:**
- Catering or food service (may be arranged separately)
- Printing or copying services (available for additional fee)
- Storage of materials between visits
- Conference room time with day pass (must book separately)
- Mail services or business address
- 24/7 access

## 6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must:
- Arrive on time and end sessions on time
- Check in at Suite 110 upon first arrival
- Leave spaces clean and undamaged
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
- Supervise their guests at all times (if permitted)
- Ensure guests comply with all facility rules
- Not exceed posted room capacities
- Respect other users' bookings and workspace
- Use headphones for audio/video calls in open coworking areas
- Keep personal belongings secure (not responsible for theft)

## 7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
**User's Risk:** User and their guests use the facility at their own risk. Incubator Space LLC is not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Theft or loss of personal belongings
- Technology failures or internet outages
- Interruptions to bookings due to emergencies
- Loss of work or data
**Insurance:** User is responsible for their own liability insurance. Incubator Space insurance does not cover User's activities, guests, or property.
**Indemnification:** User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Incubator Space LLC, its owners, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from User's use of the facility or breach of these terms.

## 8. DAMAGE & CLEANING FEES
**Damage:** User is financially responsible for any damage to the facility, furniture, or equipment caused by User or their guests beyond normal wear and tear.
**Excessive Cleaning:** If spaces are left in unacceptable condition requiring special cleaning, a cleaning fee of $50-$150 may be charged to User's payment method on file.
**Missing/Damaged Equipment:** Replacement or repair costs will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment.

## 9. PRIVACY & CONDUCT
**Confidentiality:** Incubator Space respects User privacy. Work and conversations are User's private business.
**Recording:** User may not record audio or video of other facility users or staff without consent.
**Harassment:** Any harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward staff or other users will result in immediate termination of account.

## 10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Incubator Space may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Disruptive or illegal behavior
- Payment failures or chargebacks
- Multiple no-shows without cancellation
- Misuse of facility or equipment
- Complaints from other users or tenants
**User Termination:** User may close their account at any time through Cobot or by written notice. No refunds for unused bookings less than 24 hours away.

## 11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Incubator Space may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms in Cobot. Continued use of booking system after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will receive email notification of material changes.

## 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incubator Space LLC's total liability for any claims arising from conference room bookings or day pass usage is limited to the amount User paid for the specific booking in question.

## 13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
**No Lease Created:** This agreement does not create a lease, tenancy, or right to occupy beyond specific booked time slots or day pass dates.
**No Assignment:** User may not transfer or assign this account or booking rights.
**Governing Law:** Nevada law governs. Any disputes resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
